Another Week in the Books

This week, I got a thesis advisor and signed up for some classes for summer and fall. My thesis is going to be based off of the RoboCup project, but it will be software-only for me. I've got quite a bit of work to do for these last weeks of the semester, and I've been putting most of it off, choosing to work on Taco Software projects instead. This weekend, I will have to do some of this work. Tomorrow, I go to BW3s for lunch to meet with the Cranel folks. In the previous post, some people ran up the counter by visiting this site and repeatedly clicking "Refresh". My journal does not really get that many visitors. I still need to get an apartment for the summer and to take care of some tax stuff.

Spring Break

This week has been my Spring Break. I went to my Grandma's house in Bradford, Pennsylvania and saw my mom, aunt, uncle, grandma, and a couple sisters. There was plenty of snow on the ground up there in northern Pennsylvania, but now I'm back in somewhat warm Cincinnati. In Bradford, we assembled a 999 piece Jigsaw puzzle. It was advertised as 1000 pieces, but there was a piece missing in the sky. Anyway, the puzzle depicted some castle in Germany. It was relatively difficult because there weren't many colors in the picture, and it was often difficult to decide if two pieces that seemed to fit actually fit together. I've done a little programming during break, fixing a few Taco HTML Edit bugs and working a little on other projects. Also, I've talked about getting a head start on my Machine Learning assignment (so far, nothing more than talk). Oh yeah, and I've been watching college basketball. My picks have been doing alright; I'll try to get those posted soon for the world to see. I went pretty conservative on the early rounds this year. It's really the Final Four that will make or break a bracket.

The List

I think that I'm going to pull a JK and make a list of things that need to be done soon:

Don't worry. It's probably not as bad as it looks.
